United Petfood Expands North American Footprint  

Ghent, Belgium,22-09-2026 – United Petfood, an international private label pet food manufacturer, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire a dry pet food production facility in Decatur, Arkansas from Wellness Pet Company,  with the companies also signing a long-term supply agreement in conjunction with this transaction. The acquisition marks another important step in United Petfood's long-term growth strategy in North America and further strengthens its local production capabilities.
