High Intensity Preconditioner

Known as "the most important advance in preconditioning and extrusion cooking in the past 20 years," Wenger's new High Intensity Preconditioner (HIP) offers a level of intensity mixing that makes it the perfect complement to newcomers. Wenger extruder designs.

Two independently driven shafts offer rotational speed and direction control for a wide range of capacities, mixing currents, and retention times.

Available in three models with capacities up to 20,000 kg / h, the Wenger High Intensity Preconditioner also offers a choice of three "mix intensity" settings for control and use by personnel working in processing. Thanks to its high intensity action, Wenger HIP produces a more uniform hydration and heating of the recipe, allows the addition of meat-based liquids and other liquids in the recipe, not to mention the highest levels of food hygiene and safety.
