Weighing Systems - Microscale

MicroScale weighing systems are used for accurate weighing of micro ingredients into your batching system. MicroScales are broken down into three basic design configurations for your micro ingredients: Rollover Hoppers, Funnel Hoppers and Compartment Hoppers. These configurations offer accuracy, volumetric capacity and speed. Our team can help determine the appropriate scale system solution to optimize your batching performance.

MicroScale with Rollover Hopper
Features:

  • Tub-shaped hopper that discharges quickly
  • Enclosed by a shield that reduces air movement
  • Number of ingredients: 6 to 24
  • Average draw weight: 1 to 10 lbs.
  • Bin capacity: 6, 8, 10 cu. ft.
  • Scale display resolution: .02 to .1 lbs. (based on environment)
  • Hopper capacity: 3 to 9.5 cu. ft.

MicroScale with Funnel Hopper
Features:

  • Larger volumetric capacity, but slightly less accurate than rollover style
  • Great for large batches
  • Number of ingredients: 6 to 24
  • Average draw weight: 2 to 20 lbs.
  • Bin capacity: 6, 8, 10 cu. ft.
  • Scale display resolution: .05 to .1 lbs. (based on environment)
  • Hopper capacity: 6 to 18 cu. ft.

MicroScale with Compartment Hopper
Features:

  • Individual compartments allow for high-speed weighing, small-batch weighing or ingredient segregation to prevent cross-contamination.
  • Number of ingredients: 8 to 20
  • Average draw weight: 1 to 10 lbs.
  • Bin capacity: 6, 8, 10 cu. ft.
  • Scale display resolution: .01 to .2 lbs. (based on environment)
  • Hopper capacity: 4 to 10 cu. ft.
