The global coronavirus pandemic is forcing its way into our lives with unparalleled efforts underway around the world to halt its spread. None of us truly knows the scale and scope of the challenge, but there is no doubt a fear of the unknown, which is unsettling for all of us, our families, friends and business partners. Our thoughts go out to all that have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
At Schenck Process, our highest priority is the health and wellbeing of our employees, partners and the communities in which we operate. And in times as these especially so. We are monitoring developments as they evolve and taking the appropriate steps - consistent with government and health authority guidance - to help and support the ongoing wellbeing of everyone across the business and in our broader communities.
This will not stop us from being there for you. We remain open for business and colleagues are ready to engage. Now and whenever you need us. We have taken necessary steps to develop and enable solutions that can be delivered remotely via phone, Skype, TeamViewer, VPN, and similar. We have also introduced measures to sustain our production, for example by adapting behavioural rules to enable social distancing in the workplace.
If circumstances arise that create a conflict between health and wellbeing and our ability to deliver, we will contact you. Wherever possible our commitment will remain to serve and support you. But we will continue to use our best endeavours to do our part in slowing the spread of this terrible infection.
