Powdered Hydrolyzed Flavors

Powdered palatants are produced through a hydrolysis process, a reaction and a spray drying process,
resulting in low moisture products that are an excellent tool to improve the acceptance and consumption of the final product. Their ideal application is after the addition of fats and/or liquid hydrolysates, respecting each application layer in sequence.

 

These reaction products are complex systems that include a variety of compounds that, when used in synergy, enhance the sensory experience, mask off-flavors, and improve pet appetite.
