The aseptic dual preconditioner allows the operator to incorporate a combination of low injected steam pressure at multiple inlets and an adjustable product retention time. CAPACITY - ACCURACY AND CONSISTENCY
Since ADP matches / exceeds the same number of Product Impacts as advanced preconditioners from our closest competitors, ADP often exceeds the CV (Coefficient of Variation) of any competitor. Our studies show that ADP has a Variation Coefficient of less than 3%, which means it is more efficient than our competitors' most recent pre-conditioner designs. The CV improves further as the speed of the beaters increases through our new design. The ADP features an automatic lowering probe with a strategically mounted "Lowering Temperature" probe to improve accuracy (based on ETI Generic Validation Study).
