In constant expansion and diversification in its equipment line, Ferraz has just launched the new model of the family of single screw extruders: the E-280.

Ferraz E-280 is the largest in terms of production capacity, among the company's single screw extruders, reaching up to 15 tons / hour.

With different sleeves and screws, steam injection, which increases cooking, reduces wear on parts and controls the final density of the product, has in its pre-conditioner two axes with inclination on the blades that point to the maximum cooking of the product, as well as sensors in the injection doors for greater security.

The equipment is ideal for the production of two-color, pet food, as well as fish, and what is even better: it has an excellent cost-benefit ratio.
