Modern process industries are often characterized by a lack of sufficient space. With its simple and compact construction, the JesBelt D is a perfect alternative for incorporating a reliable weight feeder in positions that are not normally accessible.

The JesBeltD consists of a conveyor belt suspended at two support points. The belt runs on high precision rollers placed at each end with stainless steel offset plates at the loading and unloading ends. The belt features an edge guide whose height is adjustable and an also adjustable nylon scraper that effectively cleans the belt on the discharge roll.

To allow multiple adjustment possibilities, the feeder by weight is equipped with a height adjustable bridge-scale between located between the side elements and the sliding plates.

The weight exerted over the entire width of the belt is measured by a single-point load cell, which together with an incremental encoder with high-speed signal transmission (tachometer), provides optimum signal precision to the weight amplifier.
