Jesma has developed a feeding system for regulation and dosing of very light uniform material flows (with densities from 20 kg / m3), such as straw, paper, different types of fibers, alternative fuels, mineral wool fibers, etc.

The weighing system consists of a dosing feeder with a preliminary tank and a JesBelt A type weight feeder. The weight feeder receives the material from the preliminary tank (lung), which by means of an adjustable dome ensures that the material flow to the feeder by weight adjusts to a layer with a constant thickness. The level inside the lung is kept constant through a speed regulator in the feeding device. The lung can handle volume variations of up to 1 m3 while maintaining a constant thickness layer in the feeder by weight.
